ABSTRACT
This paper presents an experimental measurement of the time constant that characterizes cryogenic microsensors based on nanomaterials. Two resistive structures designed with carbon nanotubes (s-CNT) and graphene layers (G) were developed and tested. The measurements were made by applying a step function in temperature to the sensors by immersing them in a liquid nitrogen bath (77.15 K).
